--- ATTENTION: TouchMonitor devices with Dante™ interface need the installation of the RTW Dante firmware 1.04b. This firmware includes additional modifications from RTW and therefore shall not be used with other third party products. ---

The firmware version of your Dante™ interface shall be checked: touch Menu, then System, Audio and AoIP Name. With the AoIP Name displayed, you will find the firmware version of your device in the Dante Firmware Update Manager.

This firmware is based on the Merging firmware version 1.1.5 and includes additional modifications from RTW. This RTW ZMAN firmware 1.0.11 shall not be used with other third party products. ---

The firmware version of your Ravenna/AES67 interface shall be checked: touch Menu, then System, Audio and AoIP Network Settings. Enter the displayed IP address into your internet browser. The Merging version of the firmware is displayed on the right of the upper frame (Interface Firmware).
