You have a commercial education as well as a technical affinity. In any case, as a result of your several years of professional experience - preferably in our industry - you have good knowledge of the following

• On-time order processing including export worldwide
• Telephone and written support of our customers, distributors and interested parties regarding products, prices, delivery times as well as complaints
• Quotation preparation and follow-up
• Support of our field service
• Organization of trade show booths (occasional on-site support)

• you will also manage licenses as well as service and demonstration equipment,
• optimize the processes in your work area,  
• procure and process market and competitive information,
• do vacation replacement in the area of repair processing.

Customer and sales orientation characterize you as well as an independent, result-oriented way of working. Sound user skills in MS Excel and an ERP system as well as good communication skills (fluent in German and English) round off your profile.
